Chapter Leader Jesper Østergaard
Jesper is a seasoned Professional in Business development, strategy, sales & marketing planning & execution within the Information Technology sector. He has a technical background as Dataengieer and 20 years of experience is primarily in IT services & software but also other areas such as CAD/CAM, peripherals, networking etc. His key competence is really “Blue Ocean thinking” in every aspect.
Jesper was the founder of IT InterGroup A/S in 2000. A company which became one of the most successful consultancies in Scandinavia within Identity & Access Management. In 2004 a spin-off, FastPassCorp, was founded as a software company. In 2007 the companies was merged and after a successful IPO followed by a trade sale of the consulting division to PWC, FastPassCorp became a pure-play software company.
Besides his role as chairman at ITAMOrg Jesper ran from 2012-2017 Secorigo, an independent consultancy within Lean Software Asset Management. Secorigo was sold to Deloitte in June 2017 and Jesper worked for Deloitte as a contractor in the Risk Advizory until November 2018.
Jesper enjoys also to publish articles in various medias incl. Computerweekly and Danish Computerworld. Latest articles (in Danish) on important themes in ITAM for 2019 and the ISO 19770-1:2017

Ananya Chakraborty
Ananya has approximately 10 years of experience working with end user and server licensing for different technology services and consultancy companies in India and Denmark.
She has worked as Software Asset Manager for large scale organizations like HSBC, Deloitte, Tata Consultancy Services and currently KMD-An NEC Company. She has experience with Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow and IBM licensing along with several other smaller vendors. She also has experience with IBM license audits and vendor negotiations. In the past she has been involved with Secorigo and has been a part of ITAMOrg networking events in Denmark.
Charlotte Lyngaae Banff
Charlotte (aka CLY) is a seasoned professional within the area of Licensing and SAM, with 25 years of experience, ranging from working at Software Distributors, Major Licensing Vendors and Consultancy & Legal Companies. She’s often hired directly by end-users, as an Independent Contractor, to assist in projects involving a variety of areas around licensing and SAM.
Charlotte is highly experienced in licensing and contract negotiations with vendors and suppliers and have also supported many customers during Vendor Audits with both
Microsoft (and their legal representations), Oracle, Adobe, WMware and various other licensing vendors.
One of Charlottes key focus areas is implementing SAM Processes and supporting customers entering into the SAM journey experience.
This journey involves planning, practical knowledge and clear deliverables and especially a feel for the particular needs of each customer. This is where 25 years of experience comes in handy 🙂
Also Risk Analysis, Governance and Method Planning is one of Charlottes main areas of expertise.
She has worked with assisting customers in strategy planning and performing SAM Tool implementation for both national and international businesses.
Even though title says ‘SAM Advisor’, she refers to herself as a ‘SAM Nerd’ 🙂
